All in a day's work


Barramundi, my favourite fish steamed.
A sauce i have perfected after trials and error. A secret. :P

Deep fried prawns in spicy bean sauce.

This was an experimental concept with the seafood sauce over the meat. Interesting but would not do again unless i find a way for the taste to go together. Something to sleep on.

Crabs on noodles. No i can't afford lobsters.
